I've used this app for almost 10 years now off and on, and oh man, it used to be WAY better. You actually met lots of people, somewhat normal people, now you're very lucky if you do. The app is now flooded with perverts, pedophiles, rapists, bots, fakes/catfishers and just very disgusting and weird people. The lack of moderation is probably why like some said. And also there hasn't been a update in YEARRRRS. I like the app because of how it works and SOMETIMES you find someone.. But eh, its not really worth going through heaps of creeps.

Hi ive used this app for like 5-6 years! Its mostly fine for what it is. But 1. I don't like that when you block someone you have to report them. Idk if reporting even does anything, but sometimes i just dont wanna see an account anymore but i dont wanna say they harrassed me or anything. Id like to have the option to block someone without giving a reason. 2. Nowhere in the app or settings gives options to get notifications, it asks once when u download so if i later decide i want notifications i have to delete and redownload, thats annoying. 3. Not an issue, just a suggestion: a blocked list. So i can see who I've blocked and unblock someone if i want 4. Why doesnt age change? Despite having my account for years my age stays the same. You should be able to change it or it should change automatically on your birthday.

A ton of pedo profiles that just want to send you underage nude pics. Even their bios say it. Report function obviously doesn’t work. This app needs to be taken out of the App Store.

This app is rampant with child pornagraphy and needs to be shut down immediately. How it continues to exist on the App Store is beyond me. Someone needs to do something it’s absolutely disgusting.

This app is great but there are very weird people on this app, gold diggers, and even sex extortionists. Believe me when I say this, this app is invested with bad and horrible people. DO NOT GIVE AWAY ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO.

Really good app I tend to use it pretty often. But the main reason I give it two stars is because there are people on the app that classify themselves at “sellers” of adult content and I come across many every time I get on the app

I made a friend on this app and we exchanged friend requests and accepted eachothers and when I went to message them the next day it said Id have to pay to speak to them again??

I’ve been on and off on this app for a quite while now. Met a handful of people, mainly moreso during the pandemic. Now it’s just mainly bots, and they have sold their website domain to a chat AI sort of website. The app appears the same, but when the site is viewed on a browser, it’s AI.

This app is a mix of 98% creeps and 2% celebrities

I mistakenly paid for the tokens. Complete waste of money. As a heterosexual male, there are very few women on this app and of them a large percentage are sex workers or scammers.

I spent $20 because I wanted to try to meet women and most skipped me which would be fine but it costs money even though they skip you instantly and I tried very hard to make a good profile at least give my money back

Can’t read bios when you match with someone. Have to click chat to view it. Also, half the time the app is down. Just spins when trying to match.

Been on waiting screen for a while I doubt anyone uses the app anymore

These guys tell you to report issues, but they’re hardly ever resolved. They make no effort to even issue a refund. The only thing they’ll offer is for you to report it. Like bruh.

Look… I know this sounds wild, but I downloaded this app 7 years ago. Matched with a girl who lived 3 states away. 7 years and a lot of details later… we’re married! Had a daughter, bought a house, got a dog… no seriously, I’m deadass. Wild story, because this app had an integral part in bringing my family together.

This app is redundant and dead at this point with the apparent drop of support/updates. This app had so much potential years ago but it’s competitors have surpassed it easily.

Until this is fixed, it’s a 2 star 🤷‍♂️

The app overall is good to spend some time on whenever you have nothing else to do but one thing I do agree with on one of the reviews is that the male/female features should be like a one time payment thing instead of keep on paying stuff over and over every once in a while.. also another thing is y’all should improve on the app it self like, make it smoother i would say and give more things to do around the app also like give your self a profile with multiple pics and just a profile it self for people to go explore about you more. Anyways the app is good just need a couple more things in it, until then, I will give it 3 stars.

If you buy tokens (which you spend 10 per time when you start a random chat in order to match up with your preferred sex) be prepared for about 90% of those chats to match you to a scammer trying to get you on google chats or some explicit content seller. I feel robbed for buying the coins I did because I have spent hours trying to talk to a random person and I might find 1 or 2 in that time with the rest being fakes or people not interested in chatting at all but just your wallet. Aside from this, this app is probably one of the better done random chat apps as far as the quality and feel of everything. Too bad there are so many bots and no way to recoup the currency you spent real life money on just to get matched up with freaking bots.

Scammers are running rampant on this app. They prey on desperate peoples souls and are ruthless about it. Developers do nothing about it either.

I downloaded this app for the first time back in 2015/2016. I matched randomly with someone from Norway. We chatted for a bit and became friends. We mailed candy from our countries to each other. All these years later, I am still friends with them and keep in contact! I just found this app again by trying to figure out what app we had met on. Hopefully my friend and I can meet in person someday! For that, I say thank you.

Clearly a scam. They only showed me people of my gender. And I went thru at least 20 profiles. Should’ve been roughly 50/50, but it wasn’t. They probably do that to make you pay for the app bc if you pay, you can choose M vs F profiles to see. Good rule of thumb: never pay $ to an app until they give you results first.

if you’re a minor be careful !! this app is mainly used predators on here who just want nudes. there’s about a 1 in 65 chance you’ll get someone who actually wants to have a conversation. it’s nothing but old creepy men (even women) who want to see you naked. they may seem nice at first but they just want to make it seem like sending photos are okay. pls don’t make the same mistake i did.

This app is infested with child pornography and predators. The inadequate moderation and non-functioning “block” feature make this app a living cesspool for federal criminals. Chatous needs to take responsibility for their part in not properly moderating their app, and either should take the app down considering they can’t handle the mostly degenerate userbase or increase moderation efforts. Honestly wish the developers face consequences considering they clearly dont moderate their app enough as its turned to a place where illegal-image distributors and pedophiles are harbored.

Bots get annoying but overall a good app. It’s like Omegle. I personally have found many great people on it and will continue to use it

It’s very hard to delete it I don’t know why but i’m not being able to find main page to delete my account and main page take me to AppStore
